Q: What is the shipping timeline?
A: Ready-to-ship orders go out within 72 hours (excluding USPS holidays). Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks.
Q: Can I choose metal or rubber backings?
A: Yes! Leave a note in the Contact tab or email michelle@itskayd.com and we'll provide the backing that works best for you.
Q: Any freebies?
A: Receive a free Mystery Pair of studs with your first KAYD Creations order. If you place an order over $50 you receive Free shipping.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: We don’t provide special packaging, but if your order is a gift, leave a note under the Contact tab or email michelle@itskayd.com.
so we can remove pricing from the package.
Q: What if my gold or silver pieces tarnish?
A: Tarnishing is natural over time. Store your jewelry in a dry place to slow oxidation. Visit the Care Instructions listed in FAQ.
Q: What if I have other questions?
A: General questions can be asked via Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok DM. For order-related questions, Contact tab or email michelle@itskayd.com.
Q: How do I place a custom order and pay?
A: Send me a message on Contact tab or email michelle@itskayd.com with details—style, colors, and quantity. Keep in mind that custom orders are unique so they will vary in price. Once we determine what is possible, I’ll provide a quote and after we finalize the design, send an invoice. Custom orders are completed once payment is received. Please allow up to 2 weeks after order is placed for shipping.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Earrings are Final Sale! If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring, some are one-of-a-kind) or refund you the price of the earrings.

Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.

We do not accept returns on brass charms or metals used. Please be aware of the materials listed in the Earring menu description when ordering. Please note that brass can tarnish. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or for allergic reactions to metals or resin. If an item arrives damaged please e-mail us at michelle@itskayd.com within one week and we can replace the item
